Most events accept entries online or at the gate. Competitors should bring their AQHA card or proof of membership if required. Family nights and concerts are open to all.

Wild Eagle Arena is set up for riders, spectators, trucks, and trailers. Give yourself plenty of time to arrive, park, unload, and get checked in before the event starts.

Settle in and watch the arena come alive

Grab food from the concession stand or food truck. Find a seat in the stands or along the rail. The lights come on at dusk and the events run until the last rider crosses the finish.

What are the entry fees?

Entry fees vary by event. Rodeos and roping events typically range from fifty to two hundred dollars per entry. Clinics are priced separately. Family nights and concerts have general admission pricing. Check the event details for exact fees.

Can I bring my family?

Yes. Wild Eagle Arena welcomes families. Community nights are designed for kids and parents. Spectator seating is available at all events. Children under twelve often get discounted or free admission.

Is parking available for trailers?

Yes. We have dedicated parking for horse trailers and livestock rigs. Arrive early during busy events to secure a good spot. Parking is included with your entry or admission.

What time do gates open?

Gates typically open two to three hours before the first event. Exact times are listed on each event page. Arriving early gives you time to unload, settle in, and grab food before the action starts.

Are there food options on site?

Yes. The Timber Creek Food Truck is on site at most events. Concessions include burgers, barbecue, drinks, and snacks. Bring cash or card. Outside food is not permitted.
